At SIEBERT + TALAŠ, Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the essence of how we design. We create a digital twin for every project, in which each component contains the data that governs its design, cost and construction.
BIM lets us hold the entire building in a single integrated model, so both design and construction speak the same language. Working from a single source, we avoid collisions, optimize costs and keep full control from the first sketch to handover. BIM unites the vision of the architect with the engineer.
SPP and Eden Park in 2006 were our first BIM models. We have not designed any other way since then. The Twin City project in 2014 turned spatial coordination into a discipline our whole team mastered. The Nivy Station with its 270-thousand meters squared showed that scale is not an obstacle.
BIM helps us engineer buildings with confidence.
