Built in 1888, the building at Zochova 3 in Bratislava first served as a municipal secondary school and later as a kindergarten. Because of its city-center location and history, it is listed as a national cultural monument. It has stood empty in recent years, which has left it in poor technical condition.
SIEBERT + TALAŠ was commissioned to renovate the building, bringing it up to modern standards while preserving its historic appearance. The work includes a precise reconstruction of the roof and the eclectic facade, as well as renovation of the interior and its fittings. The building is being adapted for new uses.
